The Property was located in Calamba City, Province of Laguna. It was enclosed by wall of about 2061 square meters lot area with three buildings constructed inside of the said premises. The property has 14 rooms with bathrooms of private and public access. They have 150 beds which could accommodate up to 350 persons. The resort has 4 swimming pools, half are small and the other half were large. These pools are supplied by hot water thru electric water pump. They were also 5 native cottages in the parameter. The clubhouse can accommodate people for dining, singing and other fun activities. They also have kitchen for guests who wanted to cook food for their family while enjoying their stay. Dining area was also beside of the said kitchen. They were 15 air-conditioned scattered in all rooms as well as 11 ceiling fans. 3 common television set were also installed in some premises. One common refrigerator and other two for management used were also present in the area. Electricity was great in the area and it has one generator for emergency purposes. The area can accommodate up to 20 cars and has two steel gates.
